Now, i might just be dumb, but i have a question. So the melody that you used in the beginning, was that just to get your Layers right? Because now i have a pattern with a completely different melody, but mostly in the same key and i have no idea what to do with it. because i did do a custom melody like you did in the first minutes of the last part. Dont get me wrong this tutorial is absolutely amazing. But i sometimes feel a bit confused, especially when it comes to doing stuff in the mixer.

I don't think this is good enough as a stand alone lead. It's great for layers but I would add a main lead with less dispersion on top of this.

Good tutorial but my only major feedback is to get rid of Kickstart for sidechain. Problem with Kickstart is that any time you have a kickroll or kick not on the 1/4 it's not going to trigger. This essentially means during your kickrolls you'll get clipping issues, so no side chain on a bunch of the punches. Personally I've found an interesting lazy way to do sidechaining to my punches. I've found a side chaining plugin called "Duck" that lets me trigger the sidechaining to a midi input. So I'll draw my kick into the piano roll for Nimble Kick, create a midi out layer and copy the kick notes including the kick rolls. I'll route that to midi port 1 then on "Duck" set the midi input port to port 1. This means anytime there is a kick there will be a sidechain. I could probably make a tutorial for this to explain it better.

I reccomend Endless Smile! It's amazing for buildups or just effects!

Hey! I'm about to start making some hardstyle/hardcore music and I have never made music in my life. Is vital good enough to make synth, chords, screeches, and plucks for a first song, or do I most likely need some other plug ins for that? Thank you for this video it is very informative and helpful, plug ins are just a bit intimidating due to the price sometimes.

Allthough as 2day fresh beginner i would love to see you make an video explaing at an slow pace the real basics of not only hardstyle orientated subjects, but rather how to use fl studio at its best for hardstyle. since im a beginner i feel like starting is really hard and intimidating and a video explaining the ways of fl and what everting does would really help. someing like Go to plugin's would also make for a helpfull video. Would love content like that!! anyways keep up the good work!!!

Hey I'm very new to FL Studio so sorry if I don't explain it correctly, but why do you have to render out the the pitched kicks with edison to then create kickrolls by splicing the kicks? Can't you create a channel with Nimble kick and then use the piano roll to do the pitched kicks and kickrolls together?

Just a question: I cant find izotope Trash 2 anywhere anymore, because izotope has taken it down from their site and I am desperately searching for it. I had it on my old system, which crashed last year and with it my iLok License for that VST also disappeared forever. Any ideas or possibilities to grab it somewhere else or someone who has got the installer?

Massive sound from just one preset! I just tried it, but I couldn't drag the audio file from the sampler into the Serum noise thing as one window would always close. I tried to wink and unwink detache plugin, didn't matter. Does anybody have a clue how to solve that issue?
